Use:

Excellent machinability, it is particularly suitable for the production of mechanical precision components.

Small-module gears; valve seats; springs; sliding elements; control cams; insulators in the electrical industry; machinery elements in constant contact with water rollers; binding elements, etc.

Machining:

Cutting, turning, milling, drilling, rubbing, sawing

Excellent cutting plastics. Conventional metal tools, in some cases woodworking tools-carbon steel, high-speed steel, carbide metal, diamond-can be used in a sharp finish.

Cooling is recommended to use high cutting speeds.

For turning: v = 200-500 m / min recommended
For milling: v = 200-400 m / min recommended
For drilling: v = 50-100 m/min recommended

Adhesive and weldable, but not recommended!
